Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 2 May 2024 until Sun 30 Jun 2024, 7 days at 10am, 12noon, 2pm and 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 14 Jun 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Duration approx. 1hr 15mins. 
• Option 2: Family ticket is for 2 adults & 2 children aged 4-16.
• Weather dependent.
• Meeting point: The boat leaves from Inverness Marina. Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of time for boarding.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
