• Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jan 2026 until Fri 6 Mar 2026, Mon - Fri 12noon - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun & 12th - 18th Jan 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Feb 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Valid at Durham OR Jesmond venues only. Not valid at any other Rio Brazilian Steakhouse restaurant.
• Includes the full Rio experience with unlimited meat cuts, bottomless salad bar and bottomless fries and hot sides for two; menu subject to change.
• Excludes specials. 
• Gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Vegetarian options are not available. 
• Includes a bottle of wine to share. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted. Children aged 10 and under dine free; max of 1 child under 10 per adult. Children aged 11-12 dine for £14.95pp; payable directly. Ages 13+ dine at standard prices.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
