Treatments were fantastic - Nicols my therapist was very professional explained procedures and listened to me . I would request her next time . My friends therapist Sarah was excellent too . The lunch was adequate but had been cut from 3 to two courses . Soup was very tasty and the wrap was too . A good spa day

The spa experience was excellent. Unfortunately after this it went downhill, the facilities were extremely busy & there was no where to relax in the pool area, post our treatments. We did enjoy the pool but couldn't use any other facility (sauna) as it was constantly full.
Lunch was In a nice area but our order was wrong & we had to repeat it a number of times.
Overall we would defiantly go back for spa treatments.

The only thing which wasn’t enjoyable was the food., we were on an itison desk with 2 course lunch.,choice was soup and selection for wraps. However no wraps available at 12 o’clock in the day. Can’t say lunch was great at all. Would certainly use the spa facility again but don’t think the food is great.,

Booked the spa day with 2 treatments and lunch.
The treatments were amazing, would definitely recommend if you want to feel relaxed. We used the sauna, steam room and pool before having our lunch. The facilities are good and the food was nice too

After looking at the reviews for lunch I wasn’t hopeful, but the staff were lovely. We both had the soup to start with. It was ok could have been a little warmer but the small roll that came with it was hot and delicious. We then had the wrap this was very cold as if the whole thing was out the fridge. It came with some lettuce with a dressing which was lovely.. but with a bit more thought the two course lunch could be much better. The facial , back neck and shoulder massage was easily one of the best I have had. We never had time for pool etc . But overall a great experience.

We had a lovely day at the spa but disappointed neither of us were allowed a massage. I think the hotel should have stated on the voucher they don't allow anyone who has had an operation in the last 6 months or if you've had cancer in the last 5 years to have a massage. We wouldn't have bought the voucher. We have both had massages at other venues without any issues but if this is their policy then it should be advertised. They have also changed the lunch menu and it's not as good now but we enjoyed the facilities.

I have had this deal about 4 times, and myself and my friend think it has really went down hill, I would have to say that it was the worst massage and facial I have ever had, and the lunch wasn't great, sorry to say I won't be booking it again.

It was hard to get a hold of the spa in order to book in with them however once sorted they were very helpful. Very welcoming receptionist who explained everything to me about my visit. The leisure facilities were very good - had use of the pool, steam room, sauna and hot tubs. Had lunch before my treatments - very nice food and again very helpful and polite wait staff. A bit of a wait between courses but I actually preferred this, it let my food settle instead of rushing into treatments. Spa experience very good too - masseuse Kirsty was very nice and explained everything thoroughly and checked I was happy with experience. Very good value and had a lovely, relaxing solo day out 😊 Love that this can be booked for 1 or 2 people as meant I didn’t need to fit into anyone’s schedule and could enjoy a treat day from me to me!
