• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2025 until Fri 19 Dec 2025, Wed - Thu 7pm - 1am, Fri - Sat 4pm - 2am; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Tue.
• If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 4 / Max 10 people.
• Options 1 & 2: Includes 1hr karaoke session.
• Options 3 & 4: Includes 2hr karaoke session.
• Options 2 & 4: Includes 2 cocktails each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• No children permitted. Over 18s only.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
