• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jul 2024 until Mon 30 Sep 2024, 7 days, 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• A supplementary charge of £10pp applies for Sat - Sun bookings; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Sep 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa.
• Includes a choice of 1 x 30 minute treatment each, choosing from a neck, back and shoulder massage, express facial or salt & oil scrub.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to guarantee that your treatment begins on time and to allow you to update your wellness questionnaire.
• Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins inc consultation and aftercare advice. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
