Despite living in Aberdeen for many years, I have never considered visiting the copthorne to eat.
I am now so glad I have.
We opted for 2 courses for 2 people and both loved every bite.
Waiting staff were super friendly and so attentive.
We were very impressed.
Highly recommend.
My one negative is that I wish it was busier. It was sad seeing such a good restaurant so quiet mid week. -

Having not been at the copthorne for many years I expected a run down hotel! Little did I know that this hotel had undergone refurbishment throughout covid and only finished last year.
It’s the perfect hotel location wise but what makes it are the staff. Reception are so welcoming you feel like one if the family.
Enjoyed our club room, and the bath but absolutely loved our meal it was perfectly cooked and excellent for Valentine’s Day .
