• Midweek stay: Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri  - Sat and 9, 20-26 & 31 Dec 2020, 1 Jan -  25 Apr 2021.
• Weekend stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Oct 2020 until Fri 27 Aug 2021, Fri-Sat; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Thur and 1 Jan - 25 Apr 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin executive room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Clyde view room for a supplementary charge of £20prpn; payable directly to the hotel. For suite upgrades contact the hotel directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner each from the market menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Max of 8 people per table. Large groups will be seated subject to availability and government guidelines.
• Due to new government guidelines the restaurant will be taking last orders at 8.30pm and the bar and restaurant will be closed at 10pm.
• Includes robes, slippers.
• Use of leisure facilities is included upon re-opening, expected approx 14 Sep 2020, subject to government guidance and cannot be guaranteed. 
• Max of 2 children aged 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night. Includes a z-bed to sleep on and breakfast.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
