Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 6 Feb until Wed 30 Apr 2025, Mon - Fri, 1pm - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat-Sun and 13-14 Feb, 21 Apr 2025. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 23 Apr 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 3 vouchers per table. 
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Please note that dietary requirements can only be accommodated with 48 hours notice.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Champagne each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Upgrade to dine in a dome for a supplementary charge of £25 per booking; to be discussed with and paid directly to the hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
