Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Nov 2022 until Sat 17 Dec 2022, Wed, Sat and Sun at 10.30am, 11am, 12noon, 12.30pm , 1.30pm and 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon - Tue and Thu - Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Dec 2022.
• Once voucher is booked with Balmoral,  the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Adults are classed as ages 16+. Children are classed as ages 5 - 16 and are charged at £7.50 a ticket. Under 5s go free.
• Duration: approx 1hr.
• Max of 20 people per tour.
• Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your tour time.
• Wheelchair accessible with ramped access to all exhibitions. Parking for disabled is available within the grounds. Please drive up to the ticket office and enquire.
• Admission charges include parking, access to the formal and vegetable gardens, exhibitions in the stable area and the ballroom.
• Please note that all other rooms within the Castle are not available to the public as these are Her Majesty The Queen's private rooms.
• Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
