Options 2 & 4: includes 3 x personal training sessions which are 1hr each. Please note that a personal training session will not be carried over should it be missed and must be used within the month or 3 month membership. Sessions are bookable on site only.
Gym classes last approx 1hr and must be booked in advance; please discuss directly.
Trainers must be worn at all times in the gym.
Suitable gym / swim wear must be worn.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
