• Voucher is valid from Tue 21 Jan until Wed 30 Apr 2025, Tue - Sun, 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mondays & 13 Feb 2025.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Wed 23 Apr 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Afternoon tea only; menus are subject to weekly change and seasonal theming.
• Additional children's afternoon teas can be added for a supplementary charge of £12 per child; payable directly.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Tables required back within 2 hrs 30 mins.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
