Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 21 Oct 2024 until Sun 15 Dec 2024, Mon - Thu 12noon-8.30pm, Fri - Sun 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. Max 1 per booking. 
• Pizza or pasta from a set menu; subject to change. 
• A supplementary charge of £2-£6 is required per person for pizzas/pastas outwith the set menu; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1.5 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
