Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 13 Dec 2024 until Sat 29 Mar 2025, Fri - Sun 12noon - 3.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon - Thu & 14 Feb 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 vouchers per table. 
• Includes 1 starter, 1 main, 1 side and a tea or coffee each for two from a set Thali lunch menu; subject to change.
• Supplementary charges apply for the following items: lamb £1.50, fish £2, king prawns £2; payable directly. A supplement of £2 for takeaway boxes for leftover food applies.
• Vegan, vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Tables required back after 1.5 hours.
• Children permitted until 9:30pm.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
