Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 7 Sep 2023 until Sun 3 Dec 2023, 7 days, 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Fri 24 Nov 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes mini bottle of prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back by 5pm. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
