• Voucher is valid until Fri 1 Jul and from Tue 1 Nov - Wed 30 Nov 2022; subject to availability.
• Excludes 2 Jul - 31 Oct 2022.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Mon 14 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Lead-rein session: Valid 7 days 10am - 6pm. Suitable for ages 4-10yrs. Duration approx. 30 mins. Min height 1.10m, max weight - 14 stone.
• Hack: Valid 7 days 10.30am - 6pm. Suitable for ages 10+. Duration approx. 45 mins. Max of 6 people per group. Min height 1.40m, max weight - 14 stone.
• Long trousers and closed toe shoes must be worn. Helmet and equipment will be provided
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
