Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Jan 2018 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days, 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your preferred date.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; group bookings permitted; subject to availability.
• Afternoon tea only, menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Please note the Signature DoubleTree Cookie contains nuts.
• Includes Bucks Fizz cocktail or a glass of Pigalle Brut sparkling wine each.
• Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. Vouchers shown on smart phones will not be accepted
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
