• Voucher is valid from Tue 17 Dec 2024 until Sat 29 Mar 2025, Tue & Fri-Sat 10am - 6pm, Wed 10am - 3pm, Thu 11:30am - 7:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon & Sun. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 1 per person. 
• Valid to new customers only. 
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Classic cut: Duration approx. 1hr.
• Haircut & luxury beard trim or haircut & luxury hot towel shave: Duration approx. 1hr 30mins.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
