room spacious with king size memerfoam bed use of a mattress protector good size telly lovely bathroom great shower . Staff friendly and food good full scottish breakfast good quality food. Car parking at hotel free as you would expect. Bus stop into union street or center of Aberdeen outside door a good plus. Used my itison voucher good value only problem drinks were included in price of voucher with evening meal but they charged again for these at checkout they also charged a further £10.44 service charged which was not mentioned either on the itison voucher or their own website. I am pursuing this with itison.
