• Voucher is valid from Tue 11 Jul 2023 until Fri 29 Sep 2023, Mon - Fri 12noon - 2.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sat-Sun.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance by Fri 22 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Walk-ins are not accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea from a set menu served with tea or coffee; subject to change.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
