Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Jan 2018 until Mon 5 Mar 2018, Mon – Fri 1.30pm – 3.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and 14 Feb 2018.
• Option 1 and 2: advance booking is not required.
• Option 3: advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 19 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Option 1: choose any hot drink and cake or traybake each; excludes soft drinks.
• Option 2: lunch menu only; includes soup and a choice of sandwich, toastie, paninis and wraps only. Excludes milkshakes and bottled cold drinks. A supplementary charge of £1 is required for Cappuccino, Latte, Hot chocolate, Americano & Mocha; payable directly to restaurant.
• Option 3: afternoon tea only.
• Menus are subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat  and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available. Lift access to restaurant; please discuss directly with the venue.
• Children permitted; Kids Bucket Lunches are available for a supplementary charge of £3.99 per child and includes a choice of treats such as plain cheese and ham rolls, fresh fruit, crisps, home baked cookies, chocolate dipped marshmallows, juice cartons and bottles, raisins, etc. for each child to mix and match; payable directly to restaurant.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
