• St Andrews: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2025 until Mon 31 Mar 2025; subject to availability.
• Edinburgh: Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jan 2025 until Mon 31 Mar 2025; subject to availability.
• Valid 7 days at 10am and 3pm only.
• Voucher must be booked by Sat 1 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Online booking only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Duration approx. 1hr.
• Max of 4 people per group. Group of 6 can be accommodated on request; please contact Kartel Scotland to discuss.
• Includes £195 to spend on any items of your choice. Anything over £195 will be payable directly.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
