Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2023 until Sun 31 Mar 2024, Wed - Sun, 11am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon-Tue and 17, 24-26 Dec 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Duration approx. 3-4hrs.
• Max of 4 people per group.
• No football shirts permitted. Please wear appropriate footwear.
• Includes a soup and sandwich lunch from the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten/wheat and dairy free options are available.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
