Small print

• Voucher is valid until Fri 28 Jun 2019, Mon, Wed or Fri arrivals in Dec – Mar and Mon or Wed arrivals in Apr – Jun 2019; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2018 - 6 Jan, 14 - 17 Feb 2019 and all Fridays in April – June 2019.
• Dec 2018 – Mar 2019: A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday check-ins; payable directly to hotel.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple purchases are not permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive night stays.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10.30am; please discuss directly with Bamff Estates if a different time is required.
• The North Yurt includes a kingsize bed which can be divided into a twin bed or chaise longue either side of the wood-burning stove.
• The South Yurt includes double bed and room to sit by the wood burning stove at the foot of the bed.
• Both yurts include their own deck, barbecue and picnic table, some boxes to store clothes under the bed, solar powered lighting and charging points for phones.
• A camping mattress can be added for an additional person with their own bedding; please discuss directly with Bamff Estates.
• Includes a 1 hour guided beaver and wildlife tour, suitable for groups of up to six people; please discuss directly with Bamff Estates.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival and red glow recycled wood pellets for the wood burning stove.
• Free onsite parking available.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children are permitted; own cotbed must be brought for infants ages 0 – 2 years; ages 3+ are included in the headcount.
• No pets permitted.
• No smoking permitted in yurts.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
