Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 17 Nov 2017 until Sat 10 Mar 2018, Fri 1pm and Sat 12noon or 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays - Thursdays and 1, 8, 23, 30 Dec 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18’s only; valid ID will be required.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise Platform 1 at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco or tea/coffee each; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• A selection of additional alcoholic drinks can be purchased on the bus; payable directly to the venue.
• Duration: approx. 2 hours upstairs on the bus; members can go downstairs to sit with drinks within the bar area.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
