• Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Newhaven: Mon-Tue 9am-7pm & Wed-Thu 9am-8pm.
• West Nile Street: Mon-Thu 9am - 9pm.
• Renfrew: Mon-Thu 9am-7pm.
• Cults: Mon-Wed 10am - 7pm & Thu 9am - 9pm.
• Edinburgh Airport: Mon 11:30am - 8pm & Tue-Thu 10am - 8pm.
• Voucher is also valid at English locations: Cheadle, Coventry, Bristol, St Annes, Cheshire Oaks, Canary Wharf.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Feb 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Group bookings are subject to availability. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa. 
• Treatment duration: 50mins (30min relaxing massage & 20mins express manicure).
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
