Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 8 Sep until Sun 8 Dec 2024, Sundays only, 12noon or 2:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 5 days in advance and by Fri 29 Nov 2024  (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 5 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Afternoon tea from a set menu only; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan options are available. Please advise restaurant at least 1 week in advance. Gluten / wheat free options are not available.
• Option 2: Includes a cocktail each from the bar menu; subject to change. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 90 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children aged 8+ permitted until 8pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
