Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Jun until Mon 31 Mar 2025, 7 days, 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 25 Nov 2024 - 3 Jan 2025.
• If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Mon 17 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 6 / Max 20 people.
• Package includes per person: afternoon tea from a set menu (subject to change), 150ml glass of Prosecco.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 9:30pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
