• Voucher is valid until Wed 13 Feb 2019, Mon – Fri 9am – 9pm, Sat 9am – 7pm and Sun 11am – 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20 – 31 Dec 2018 and 1 Jan 2019.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Friday – Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Includes a 30 minute Elemis facial, a choice of a 30 minute Swedish or relaxing massage and 30 minute infrared sauna.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
