We were at the fort for dinner with our one year old and it was so stressful however Alastair was our waiter and he was great, so helpful and understanding. He made us laugh and at ease!
I also ordered a meal I didn’t like and he change it for me, explaining similar choices.
He was so lovely to my mum and auntie too who were dining an hour earlier in the same place. They said he was great!
It’s rare to get served by someone who is genuinely friendly, interested in talking to you and helpful to ensure you enjoy your visit. -
Excellent food could have been hotter.
