• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Aug 2024, Mon - Sat, 9am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Limited Sunday availability available for groups of 8-14 people; please discuss directly.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance and by Fri 16 Aug 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Suitable for all ages. Ages 5 and under need to be accompanied by a supervising adult.
• Duration approx. 1hr .
• Max of 14 people per group. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
