• Voucher is valid until Thur 22 Dec 2016, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Nov 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Voucher is non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 10.30am.
• Classic double/twin room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to a royal room for a supplementary charge of £29 per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• An additional adult can be added to the room for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1 includes cocktail or mocktail on arrival and breakfast.
• Option 2 includes 2 course dinner on one night choosing from starter/main or main/dessert and breakfast both mornings.
• Free onsite parking for 9 cars, subject to availability; parking also available within a 5 minute walk and the rates approx. £5– £7.
• Children permitted; children under age 6 stay free of charge paying for all meals as taken. Cots and high chair are available free of charge. Max of 2 children.
• Option 1: Children ages 6 -12 years are £25 per child per night when sharing with adults including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 2: Children ages 6 -12 years are £44 per child per night when sharing with adults including breakfast and dinner; payable directly to hotel.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; max of 2 dogs.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
