• Voucher is valid from Sat 28 Dec 2024 until Sat 29 Mar 2025. Tue 10am - 6pm, Wed 10am - 4pm, Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri 10am - 5pm, Sat 10am - 2:30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon & 1 -2 Jan 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 1 person per booking.
• Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for anyone undergoing cancer treatment, clients must have been in remission for min 5 years. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Option 1: duration approx. 60 mins inc. consultation.
• Option 2: duration approx. 45 mins inc. consultation.
• Option 3: duration approx. 90 mins inc. consultation.
• All options are valid for treatment with Lou only.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
