• Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jan until Sat 29 Mar 2025, Wed - Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Tue.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Email bookings only.
• Over 16s only. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns with salon direct.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 55 mins
• Option 2 & 3 duration: approx 25 mins per treatment
• Option 4 duration: approx 75 mins (3 x 25 min treatments)
• Option 5 duration: approx 80 mins (55 min massage plus 25 min facial)
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. A doctors note is required for those with auto immune disease.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
