• Jul - Aug: Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jul 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, 7 days. Excludes 26-28 Jul, 2-5, 7, 9-12, 16-19 and 23-26 Aug 2021.
• Sep: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Sep 2021 until Sun 26 Sep 2021, 7 days. Excludes 6-9, 13-16 and 20-23 Sep 2021.
• Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• Stay in a standard double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: double/twin with a view £15, superior £30, deluxe double//twin with a view £50, superior with a view/premium £30; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Parking available.
• Children permitted and included in the headcount. Max of 2 people per room.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
