Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 28 Sep 2025, Thu - Fri 3pm - 8pm, Sat - Sun 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Online booking only. Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• 2 - 10 people per session. 
• Children aged between 12 and 18 years must be supervised by an adult over 18.
• Please arrive 5 to 10 mins before your booked time slot.
• Protective gear is provided; open toe shoes are not permitted.
• Not suitable during pregnancy.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
