- Relaxed sessions will run on Sat 30 November at 10am, Wed 4 December at 10am and Sun 8 December 1pm with reduced capacity and volume so that everyone can enjoy meeting Santa

- Duration: approx. 20mins. Please arrive at the ballroom 15mins before your time slot to receive your entry wristband. Please note latecomers may not get the full session.

- Suitable for all ages. Please note there is no cheaper price for babies.
- Max two accompanying adults permitted per ticket.

Great friendly staff, great acting, probably a bit to many rude references for a child’s pantomime, a lot of random scenes that meant there wasn’t a lot of time spent on the actual story line but overall good experience for the children

The Hydro, all the activities and the pantomime were excellent. We will go back next year.
