- Relaxed sessions will run on Sat 30 November at 10am, Wed 4 December at 10am and Sun 8 December 1pm with reduced capacity and volume so that everyone can enjoy meeting Santa

- Duration: approx. 20mins. Please arrive at the ballroom 15mins before your time slot to receive your entry wristband. Please note latecomers may not get the full session.

- Suitable for all ages. Please note there is no cheaper price for babies.
- Max two accompanying adults permitted per ticket.

The ice skating experience was fantastic! Both the children and adults thoroughly enjoyed it. It was the highlight of the festive experience and the only event that was truly worth the money.
