- Relaxed sessions will run on Sat 30 November at 10am, Wed 4 December at 10am and Sun 8 December 1pm with reduced capacity and volume so that everyone can enjoy meeting Santa

- Duration: approx. 20mins. Please arrive at the ballroom 15mins before your time slot to receive your entry wristband. Please note latecomers may not get the full session.
- Multiple purchases permitted.
- Suitable for all ages. Please note there is no cheaper price for babies.
- Max two accompanying adults permitted per ticket.
- Please note cameras are not permitted.

Such a chilled and wonderful day. We were late due to a family emergency. The staff at the ice skating were so lovely as was all the staff working the winter wonderland.
We had to most wonderful day and would highly recommend this to everyone. We really hope it is here next year as want to make it a tradition. -
