- Take on The Labyrinth Challenge at Dalkeith Country Park – an inflatable obstacle course that’s great fun for children and adults alike
- Kids aged 5-9 can make their way through the Mini Labyrinth while adults and ages 10+ can enjoy the main challenge
- The Mini Labyrinth features four themed sections - Arctic, Jungle, Jurassic and Egyptian, perfect for little ones to get active and have a great day out
- There are five zones in The Labyrinth Challenge - The Jungle Zone, Lava Zone, Toxic Zone, Combat Zone and Ocean Zone
- Over 1000ft in length, the course is packed with hilarious challenges and obstacles including slides, balance beams, hurdles and more
- Get competitive to reach the end as quickly as possible, or take your time and go at a leisurely pace – it’s totally up to you!
- There will also be DJs spinning tunes as well as food and drinks stalls to keep you refreshed all day

- Located in the beautiful grounds of Dalkeith Country Park, home to Fort Douglas adventure playpark, Restoration Yard Store and Café that’s loved by our members, as well as beautiful walks through the grounds

You must register for the event online with Eventbrite prior to the event using the code on your itison ticket.
The ticket MUST match the name of the person taking part in The Labyrinth Challenge due to the waiver.
Your Eventbrite ticket must be printed for entry; please print your ticket and bring along with you.
Your tickets are valid for entry to the event for the whole day, starting from 10am; the time on your ticket is your chosen Labyrinth Challenge time slot.
Mini Labyrinth age 5-9; ticket can be used at any point between 11am - 5pm (last entry 4pm) and allows the ticket holder 1 hr on the challenge. Based on a queueing system with 20 children being allowed on to the challenge every 10 minutes.
Labyrinth Challenge age 10-12; tickets are for allocated time slots, please arrive 20 mins before your timeslot is due to start. Groups of 4 are allowed access every 10 seconds.
Labyrinth Challenge age 13 years and over; tickets are for allocated time slots, please arrive 20 mins before your timeslot is due to start. Groups of 4 are allowed access every 10 seconds.
Adults can accompany young children into the challenge area with no extra charge but for older children (12+), adults will need to buy a spectator ticket; payable directly to The Labyrinth Challenge.
Multiple purchases permitted.
Tickets are valid for 1hr; can be used multiple times within your timeslot.
Wear clothing you can move freely in (eg sportswear). Socks MUST be worn – no bare feet or shoes. Glasses, jewellery and loose articles such as mobile phones, wallets, must be removed before taking part. Long hair must be tied up in a bun style if possible.
A storage area for shoes and bags (left at your own risk) while you complete the course is provided free of charge.
Everyone has different abiltiies and you must not go beyond your personal limits – the challenge is designed to be fun for everyone taking part. You can go at your own pace and avoid certain challenges if you want.
The challenge is not recommended for anyone with medical conditions such as heart problems, back and neck problems, breathing conditions and any fractures/broken bones or those with any pre-existing medical conditions/those who are pregnant. By booking, you are deeming yourself as being fit to take part and assume the risks of doing so. Everyone takes part at their own risk and although following the strict health & safety standards and rules minimises these risks, they cannot be completely eliminated.
Please note food and drink may not be brought into the event (unless for infants). Food and drink will be available to purchase on site.
Pets are not permitted; guide dogs only.
The event site is wheelchair accessible; however the Labyrinth Challenge course is not wheelchair accessible.
Dalkeith Country Park does not accept responsibility for injury, loss and damage sustained by a participant unless the above injury, loss and damage is proven to have been caused as a direct result of negligence on the part of the organiser.
