Brilliant Santa grotto experience. Did not expect it to be so good. The best we have been too.

Winter wonderland isn’t as good as it first started out when smaller. £5 each for the light trail that used to be free. Speaking to families there who done the tractor Santa experience so would avoid that. Beautiful hotel and lovely surroundings. Nothing felt rushed so a grest overall experience. Only negative is the price and there could be more up at the ice rink area. Make this bigger please! 😃

We had a greag day at Crieff at the panto and santas grotto. The staff at Crieff Hydro were excellent, so much so they let our kids i to santa's grotto outwith our purchased ticket time as we were unable to make the earlier time. It was disappointing that Itison were unable to help with this, particularly as some of the other events we had booked and planned our timings for were cancelled!
