Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 27 Feb 2021 until Sat 27 Mar 2021, valid Fri - Sun at 8pm only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. A zoom link and password will be sent to you upon booking. 
• Valid for one device only. Multiple players permitted; max 2 recommended. 
• Once booked, voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable unless event is cancelled.
• Upon booking, you will receive a digital welcome pack to accompany the murder mystery experience with invitation, details on how to access and fun accompaniments.
• If you are playing as part of a group and want to compete against friends, please advise upon booking as to allocation requests and The Walking Theatre Company will do their best to accommodate.
• Please note team allocations for each date can only be finalised once all event vouchers are redeemed.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 14+. There is no explicit content but some innuendo which may not be suitable or entertaining for younger audiences.
• Duration approx. 1hr 30mins.
• Min of 15 and max of 40 people per group. If your selected date does not reach the required minimum number, you will be contact and offered a transfer to a different date.
• Fancy dress is encouraged but not essential. Themes include Hollywood Glitz and Glamour and 007 style.
• Any connectivity issues, including broadband or hardware, by the customer will not be the responsibility of Murder Incorporated/The Walking Theatre Company and will not result in a refund.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
