Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2019 until Tue 31 Mar, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24-25, 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan, 14 Feb and 22 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin en-suite room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per night which includes breakfast; children are classed as ages 2-12yrs. A cot can be supplied for 0-2yrs at a supplementary charge of £15.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
