Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jan, 2017 until Sun 26 Mar, 2017, 11am, 1pm, 2.30pm; subject to availability.
• Available dates: 2 - 8, 14 - 15, 21 - 22, 28 - 29 Jan,  4 - 7, 10, 13 - 17, 22 - 23, 25 - 26 Feb and Sat/Sun only in Mar 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Voucher valid for ages 7+.
• Participants must be 7yrs or over.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Duration: approx. 1hr - 1hr 30mins.
• Max of 12 people per group.
• You will need to be fairly fit with a reasonable level of mobility. If you struggle on the Treecreeper Course, it may be a good idea to stick to that course instead of progressing onto the Buzzard Course, which is longer, harder and higher.
• You must weigh less than 120kg (18st 12lbs), and you must be able to fit into the harnesses which have a max. waist measurement of 125cm (50 inches) and max. thigh circumference of 75cm (29 inches). If you are in doubt please discuss directly with Treezone. 
• You must be at least 1.1m in height to take part and 1.3m to progress onto the Buzzard course.
• Members will complete the Treecreeper course as an introduction; those willing and able and who meet the height, age and weight requirements can progress to the Buzzard Course.
• Those who don't make it onto the Buzzard course are welcome to navigate their way across the Treecreeper course up to 3 more times.
• Those who go on to the Buzzard course are entitled to a 2nd lap of both the Treecreeper and the Buzzard, or just the Buzzard.
• All laps must be taken on the same day.
• Not advisable for those who suffer from a fear of heights
• Dress for the outdoors and be aware that the weather can change quickly.
• You will be wearing a harness so skirts, kilts, dresses and swimwear are not appropriate. Trainers or walking boots should be worn. We recommend tying long hair back and removing jewellery before arriving.
• Cameras can be taken with you as long as they are secure.
• Items should be stored safely in a zipped pocket or one of TreeZone Loch Lomond's small free lockers in the cabin. TreeZone Loch Lomond do not accept responsibility for your belongings while you are here.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
