• Voucher is from Fri 1 Nov 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025; subject to availability. 
• Nov - Feb: Fri - Mon, 10am - 5pm. Excludes Tue - Thu.
• March: Wed - Mon, 10am - 5pm. Excludes Tuesdays.
• Excludes 21 Dec 2024 - 4 Jan 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Afternoon tea only. Festive afternoon tea will be served throughout December.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 2 hrs.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
