Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Aug 2024 until Sat 30 Nov 2024, 7 days, 10:30am, 12noon, 1.30pm, 3pm, 4.30pm, 6pm, 7.30pm and 9pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 10+. 
• Duration approx. 1hr. 
• Max of 6 people per group.
• No open toe shoes, flip flops or sandals permitted. Flat shoes are recommended.
• Limited wheelchair access available. Please discuss requirements direct.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
