• Voucher is valid from Tue 5 Nov 2024 until Sat 29 Mar 2025, Tue 10am-4pm, Thu 1pm-8pm, Fri 10am-4pm & Sat 9.30am-2pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun-Mon and 24 Dec 2024 - 7 Jan 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Only 1 cancellation is permitted outwith this time.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Choose from a holistic massage, Indian head massage, reflexology or a hot bamboo massage
• Treatment duration: approx 30 or 60 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Valid for massages with Steven or Samantha. Reflexology is only available with Steven.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
