• Voucher is valid from Sat 2 Apr 2022 until Sun 30 Oct 2022, Sat & Sun 9am - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Mon - Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Bookings are subject to cancellations due to adverse weather conditions and you will be re-booked if this happens.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 14+. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
• Duration approx. 1 hr 30 mins.
• Max of 8 people per group.
• Pregnant women require a doctor's letter. 
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
