• Roast loin of Ayrshire pork with pressed sticky pork belly, orange & walnut stuffing, thyme roasted hasselback potatoes, burnt apple puree, Yorkshire pudding and apple cider gravy
• Roast fillet of hake with sticky sushi rice, dressed baby pak choi, wasabi, cucumber and Thai green curry
• Chargrilled Mediterranean vegetables with spiced golden raisin couscous, aubergine caviar, kataifi pastry wreath and sun blush tomato & almond pesto

• Raspberry creme brulee with salted granola, honeycomb, fresh raspberries and Glayva ice cream
