Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 22 May 2021 until Sun 31 Oct 2021, Sat - Sun 9am - 5pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Mon - Fri.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Flights are subject to cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or operational issues and you will be re-booked if this happens. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 12+. 
• Duration approx. 45 mins with 18 mins flying. Total of 3 x 6/7 minute flights. Split between 2 x observation and 1 x hands-on flight with hover challenge.
• Max of 1 person flying. Spectators are welcome and may take photographs.
• Max weight of 15 stone and max height of 6 ft 4.
• Weather suitable clothing is advised
• Depart from Newcastle International Airport or Balado Airfield, Fife.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
