• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 24 Oct - 14 Nov and 25 Dec 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for stays on 26, 27 Nov, 3, 4, 10, 11, 17 and 18 Dec 2021; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 3pm.
• Queen double or twin room available. If a twin room is required, please contact the hotel prior to arrival.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 2 course dinner on the first night; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Table may be required back after 2hrs.
• Includes onsite parking.
• Max of 1 child permitted when sharing with 1 adult. Please note, there are no family rooms available. Cots can be added at no additional charge. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
